Individual sessions are uniquely designed to meet the needs of the athlete/performer and propel them towards their goal. Sport psychology strategies are provided that enhance resilience, mental health, and one’s mental game; all of which contribute to overall excellence within sport and outside of sport. The experience of an athlete is unique; athletes are faced with an enormous amount of pressure, make many sacrifices to perfect their craft, and are required to embrace higher levels of stress to succeed. These unique experiences can contribute to fluctuating confidence, performance anxiety, perfectionism, and mental health challenges. Through mental skills training and counseling athletes are better able to cope with sport and life adversity, learn tools to enhance performance, and can become a more optimal version of themselves in sport and beyond.

An effective team has a shared vision, collaborates, and develops well defined roles. A team who has these elements and works on their mental game is now a forced to be reckoned with. The aim of team sessions is to assist teams in developing the strategies and structure needed to perform their best as a cohesive group. Our goal is to build leadership, an effective culture, and to enhance the mental game of a team. Our sessions with teams are highly interactive, insightful, and educational.
