Inspire Wellness is an Out-of-Network provider. As a courtesy, we will attempt to verify that your coverage is active and your Out-of-Network Mental Health benefits before your first appointment with our office. However, it is your responsibility to be aware of your insurance coverage, including but not limited to policy provisions, deductibles, limitations and authorization requirements. The deductible and co-insurance fees are determined by your individual contract with your insurance carrier. Our billing staff submits claims as a courtesy to our clients.


Co-insurance fees are your responsibility and will be collected at the time of service.

Effective May 20, 2024, all credit card payments will incur a transaction processing fee of up to 4%.

Client 7


All clients without valid insurance or Out-of-Network coverage with their insurance provider are considered Self-Pay clients.  All Self-Pay clients are required to pay at the time of service.

Inspire Wellness has a 24 hour cancellation policy. The time we set aside for your appointment is important and affects our efforts to efficiently serve all of our clients.  Clients who fail to give us the required 24-hour notice or do not show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged a $100.00 cancellation fee.
