Starting May 1st we will be launching our MapMyMay contest using the MapMyFitness program suite. Whoever joins our group and logs the most workouts by May 31st will will two tickets to see the State College Spikes! You can log walking, running, biking, dog walking, weight lifting, yoga...the list goes on and on. As long as you're moving, you'reeverything counts, so sign up and get moving today!
1) Create a profile at MapMyFitness.com
2) Adjust your privacy settings to either "Pubilc" or "Friends"
3) Join the "Inspire Wellness Solutions" Group. Click HERE to be directed to it.
4) Accept the "Friend Request" from Inspire Wellness Solutions. It should be sent out within 24 hours of joining the group.
5) Thats it - you're registered and ready to go! Just make sure you log your workouts every day and the team at Inspire will do the rest!
