Lyndsay is a Licensed Social Worker who holds a Master of Social Work degree from Rutgers University. She received a Bachelor's degree from Mount Saint Mary College, majoring in Psychology and minoring in Human Services.
Lyndsay competed as a Varsity athlete at Cranford High School in basketball, soccer, and track. She pursued her athletic career as a basketball player on the Mount Saint Mary’s women's basketball team.
Before joining Inspire Wellness, Lyndsay trained at schools, community-based services, and a hospital. Currently, she works with children, adolescents, and athletes on clinical issues, including anxiety, depression, and mood disorders.
