Meet Our Therapists: Katherine Castaneda, LPC, LCADC

Katherine Castaneda is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Drug and Alcohol Counselor, and National Certified Counselor. Katherine received her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from New Jersey City University.

Katherine has experience with working with a broad range of individuals from children to adults, specializing in mental health and addiction. Katherine has previously worked in various addiction treatment facilities as a counselor, as an Intensive In-Community (IIC) therapist with children/adolescents as well as a Clinical Integration Analyst.

Katherine has expertise in the treatment of psychological disorders including: Depression, Anxiety, Mood Disorders, Adjustment Disorders (including Life Transitions), Trauma/PTSD, Addictions, Relationship issues, and Parenting issues. She utilizes different techniques individualized to each client that promotes self-awareness, self-sufficiency, and self-love.
