Haley is a Licensed Associate Counselor and a National Certified Counselor who earned her master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from Fairleigh Dickinson University and her bachelor's degree in psychology from Marymount Manhattan College. Haley works with adults and adolescents experiencing depression, anxiety, self-harm, substance use, post-traumatic stress disorder, and self-esteem issues. Haley has experience providing individual and group therapy for adolescents and adults learning to better manage their mental health and co-occurring needs in intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization settings. Haley utilizes an integrative and person-centered approach and draws from modalities such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to process and validate emotions, learn and implement effective coping strategies, and promote change.
