Frequently Asked Questions
Here are some of the questions we receive most often. However, if you still need clarification just click HERE to contact one of our Health Coaches. Thanks!
Do your employee wellness programs meet PPACA standards?
Yes, our employee wellness programs meet all requirements established in the PPACA. As such, our programs enable your business to establish new levels of cost sharing between your business and your employees and to implement wellness programs proven to generate significant cost savings.
Are your programs in-person or online?
We strongly believe, and research has proven, that on-site health coaching is vastly superior to online or telephonic programs. The key to an effective and worthwhile wellness program is creating a sustainable healthy behavior change, and nothing generates that better than frequent, face to face interaction with our Health Coaches. As such, all of our wellness programs are atleast initiated on-site and in person. Our website, social media outlets, email newsletters, and blog all supplement the core of our program - the person-to-person interactions created by our on-site Health Coaches. We do offer online wellness portals for clients who prefer that route.
Are all of your Health Coaches insured?
Yes, all of our Coaches are fully insured. We also administer fitness assessments and medical history questionairres to all clients prior to our first session to ensure proper exercise prescription and treatment.
Do you have a Registered Dietician on staff?
At this point, we do not have an in-house dietician. However, we do have a referral network that enables us to connect you with Registered Dieticians in the area. Once connected, the R.D. will work with you to set up a meeting time, develop a nutrition plan, and help you find the Fuel that's right for you.
